As we go forward today, we declare us to be in unison, not just as "inmates in solidarity" but in the name of humanity.

This prisoner based grassroots organization ("Prisoners Behind Broken Bars") officially begins its first campaign entitles: "Project Behind Broken Bars" to declare war upon the abuse and oppression suffered by NDOC inmates everyday and in every institution and facility in this States' system.

We aren't asking to be given any special treatments or favors but only to be treated a humans with dignity, respects, and rights.

This declaration is made in the name of peace, love, and compassion for our fellow man currently oppressed and in honor and memory of those that have lost their lives either to the neglect, carelessness, or physically at the hands of NDOC staff.

Our mission is to let those outside of these walls know what REALLY occurs within these walls FROM THOSE INSIDE THESE WALLS.

To correct the false narratives put out by NDOC and their Public Information Officer that are highly paid cover-up artist.

THE TIMES OF LYING TO THE PUBLIC AND OUR COMMUNITIES IS OVER!

We are not an outside source concerned with politics or worried about what our oppressors say or do, nor can we be bought or paid off like nearly all other organizations.

We seek understanding that we know we made a mistake, an accident, or whatever it was an we know what rights and wrongs are and that rights and wrongs apply inside these walls as they do outside of them. That we are incarcerated AS OUR PUNISHMENT, NOT TO BE FURTHER PUNISHED, BEATEN, DENIED MEDICAL CARE, DENIED BASIC HUMAN NECESSITIES, ETC.

RIGHTS AND WRONGS APPLY EQUALLY TO NDOC ADMINISTRATION AND CORRECTIONAL OFFICERS, in fact "Oppression of Inmates" is a category D felony (NRS 197.200 / 212.020) and although staff feel and act as if the law does not apply to them when they come in these walls, IT DOES!

NDOC has treated an told inmates that they have NO RIGHTS, very few people help those incarcerated, and even less people know what happens and occurs within the Nevada prison system and this results in the incarcerated population believing they have no voice.

WE ARE HERE TO GIVE THEM A VOICE!

Ask yourself this: would you deny a child in detention for misbehaving the ability to shower for days, eat enough food, human interactions, medical care if they need it, or tie them up (cuff them) and beat them?

Then very can NDOC staff do this to inmates in detention under their care!? We are still humans that most someday will be your neighbors, live in your communities, etc. but you permanently scar them?

NDOC's only job is to provide safety and security and they FAIL at this and it's covered up and assisted by corrupt administration that is supposed to give letters of instruction, write-ups, and dismissals.

Our mission is FOR US BY US and is VERY CLEAR! We want our families, communities, cities, state, country, and the world to:

1. KNOW what's going on;

2. ASK questions;

3. SPEAK UP for those with suppressed voices; and

4. UNDERSTAND this can happen at anytime to anyone and for nearly any reason, big or small.

Approximately 1 in 3 families have some relative, somewhere in their family, incarcerated in the United States from minor to major things, From parents to tax attorneys to military veterans to career criminals and a single one deserves to be treated as anything less than a HUMAN BEING.

Our punishment is being taken away from our families and stripped of our freedom in order to pay our debt to society in "detention" for "rehabilitated" and "correction".

Instead, inmates are being mistreated, broken, and beaten (if not killed) and expected to be thrown back into society as "corrected" and "rehabilitated" productive members of society.

It's time for the public to know what really happens and the begging of a broken and corrupted system to be fixed!!

STAND UP!! WE CANT DO THIS ALONE!!

This is gonna be an exciting new innovative way for us to get news out of the prison to combat NDOC's false narratives and get truths out there, in nearly real time, about mistreatment and brutalization endured inside Nevada prisons.

Your only job is to spread the news to others within the NDOC inmate population and to your friends and families. Ask them to sign up for updates on our site, send it to their contacts, and post it to their social media sites and media pages.

HELP US, HELP US!!

Look at this as a Social, Justice, and News site. We have GettingOut accounts setup and monitored 7 days a week so we can receive conditions, issues, grievances, and support DIRECTLY from the NDOC population AS IT HAPPENS!!

We also have phone numbers, emails, and personal GettingOut accounts for contact information available for outside friends, family members, media, activists, and other organizations to contact us and provide your issues, complaints, grievances, and to support this organization.

-NON INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS ADD PX3B by organizer's GettingOut accounts, save text lines, and/or save our e-mail address.

2. LET US KNOW

-If your rights are violated, or you even think or feel that they have been, LET US KNOW!

-incarcerated individuals can either write to PX3B directly from your tablet or ask a friend or family member to contact us.

PLEASE:

 a. SUBMIT ANY ISSUE/COMPLAINT, even if you're unsure if it's a violation, we have a team of Certified Legal Assistants/Paralegals that review EVERY single issue/complaint submitted and we also utilize AI to review. We are working on getting some licensed medical and psychiatric volunteers to help with this mission as well. You may submit o your behalf and/or someone else's. ANONYMITY MAY BE REQUESTED!

 b. Try to keep each contact to one issue, they are saved and stored under each "Issue Type", if more than one issue exist it'll be saved under the most severe issue contained therein, so send multiple issues separately.

 c. Follow all other instructions you are sent in the introductory message sent to you when you add PX3B on GettingOut messaging APP (for incarcerated); instructions on " How To" section of website or auto response from text line and e-mail (for non incarcerated).

 d. REMEMBER ALL ARE SCREENED!! JUST BECAUSE WE DON'T WRITE TO EVERY MESSAGE RIGHT AWAY, DOESN'T MEAN WE AREN'T.
